We Give Physical Therapy To Treat Injuries And Physical Pain

Outpatient orthopaedics. We are experienced in providing treatment for conditions such as: muscle strains and tears, ligament sprains, joint pain, arthritis, back and neck pain.
We also offer treatment for stroke and MS patients, and other neurological conditions. We also treat TMJ patients.
Sports physical therapy We are skilled in treating sports injuries and helping patients return to their sports. Our staff has broad experience with the demands of various athletic endeavors including but not limited to: dance, track-and-field, running, martial arts, swimming, gymnastics, weight-lifting.
Geriatric care. For our elder patients, we offer treatments for a variety of conditions including osteoporosis, gait-and-balance, sarcopenia, arthritis, fall-prevention training.
Parkinsonian Disorders. We welcome patients with a range of Parkinsonian disorders. Our therapists are certified in the Lee Silverman (LSVT BIG) technique, an evidence-based method for Parkinson's or Parkinsonism.
Post-surgical therapy. We have extensive experience with post-surgical aftercare, and routinely rehabilitate surgeries such as: total joint replacement, ligament and tendon repair/reconstruction, fractures, spinal surgery, capsularophy. We focus on restoring range of motion, strength, function and reduction of pain.
Women's health and pelvic floor disorders. Tina Sharma, clinic director, is skilled in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders such as: pelvic-floor dysfunction, incontinence, painful/tight C-Section scarring, bladder dysfunction, diastasis recti abdominis, painful/tight episiotomy scarring, vaginisimus, preparation for labor and delivery, vulvodynia/vestibulitis, tailbone pain, low back/hip pain from pregnancy/delivery.
Massage therapy. Our massage therapy staff has experience with Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, craniosacral and prenatal massage. We address a full range of injuries, chronic pain, and illnesses.
Performance plus. We provide training for improved athletic performance through our partner (and next-door) clinic, AmberPT-Wellness.
Work-related injuries. We provide rehabilitation services for those injured on the job, including common injuries such as: lumbar strain/sprain, shoulder and neck strain, tendon rupture, carpal-tunnel syndrome, disk herniation.
Telehealth. We are currently offering a telehealth option for select patients with extremely limited ability to travel.
